Welcome to Cramlington Learning Village! We recognise that while joining any new school is an exciting venture, it can be challenging to learn the systems, routines, expectations and all the vocabulary! We have designed this course to support the face-to-face guidance you will receive and to help you make a good start at the school. The content has been set out in modules so that they can be viewed again until you have the knowledge you need. While we hope this helps the best advice we would give is to ask for help anytime you need it - staff here will always be happy to lend their guidance and support

How to keep yourself and the students safe at the school
What the key systems are at the school and how to use them to support your role.

This programme will hopefully give you a good start and will be supported by an ongoing CPD programme to help you feel confident in your role as quickly as possible.
